On November 30, 2005 Fitch Ratings agency awarded to CJSC OJSC «IC RUSS-INVEST» the following ratings: ‘B’ for long-term and ‘ВВВ–‘ for national long-term. Long-term rating dynamics forecast was assessed as “stable”. The above-mentioned ratings indicate an absence of debt in the company. According to the IFRS data, as of the end of 2004 almost 90% of the company’s assets consist of shareholder equity and reserves.

In November 2006 National Rating Agency increased OJSC «IC RUSS-INVEST»’s individual rating to ‘АА–‘, which is the third level category standing for “very high reliability”. Rating dynamics forecast was assessed as “stable”.

On February 21, 2007 Fitch Ratings agency confirmed the ratings of OJSC «IC RUSS-INVEST»: Issuer Default Rating (IDR) was fixed at ‘B’ level and long-term national rating was fixed at ‘BBB –‘ level. Both IDR and long-term rating forecasts are assessed as “stable”.

OJSC «IC RUSS-INVEST»’s corporate governance rating was increased to NRKU ‘7+’. In July 2007 the consortium of Russian Institute of Directors (RID) and Expert Rating Agency (RA) called RID-Expert RA increased the corporate governance rating of OJSC «IC RUSS-INVEST» to NRKU ‘7+’, which stands for “well-developed practice of corporate governance” according to the scale of National Corporate Governance Rating.
